Interesting analysis. As you say there are plenty of frameworks out there but none provide a complete answer. Maybe nowadays, GenAI would be a good tool for drawing insights out of qualitative data - seems like it should be.
You know I am not as analytical as you in any case. Back in my leadership days, we used to think about three things:
1. Direct connections between teams and the next level of leaders (ie partners). When this was broken, nothing worked so well.
2. How were team members developing and growing as individuals and collectively. A great team is one you have confidence in giving the next bigger and tougher job to do.
3. Are the team having fun? High performing teams are always fun.
